PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the sand collector of a sand basin efficiently collecting sand with low-cost structure and reduced power.;SOLUTION: In this sand collector of the sand basin having sand collection nozzles 2 disposed for jetting water toward the bottom of the sand basin 1 with a basin bottom 12 formed downwardly tilted toward a sand collection pit 11 having the sand suction port 51 of a sand pump 5, the sand collection nozzles 2 are disposed above the water level, and jetted water is made to reach the near regions of corner parts 10 where the side walls 14 of the sand basin 1 come into contact with the basin bottom 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
