PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blur correction device, a blur correction method, an electronic device equipped with the blur correction device, an image file, and an image file creating device which facilitate selection of image information required for correction, when a blurring correction processing is performed on the image information, and which reduces the time for correction. PSOLUTION: Image files are rearranged using blurring quantity 41 obtained from blurring information and then displayed using a thumbnail image 40 as shown in (a). Furthermore, a plurality of image files for correction are selected among the image files, and the image information of the respective selected image files is consecutively corrected. By rearranging and displaying the image files as above, the image files are arranged in the descending order of blurring quantity 41, that is, the correction-required files are arranged first; and the necessity of correction of the image files can be determined easily and quickly.
