PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast receiver, a network information acquisition method, and a network information acquisition program and recording medium capable of acquiring network information in a short time.;SOLUTION: A channel selection demodulation section 2 selects frequencies of a broadcast signal received from a signal input section 1 to sequentially select a plurality of physical channels and demodulates the broadcast signal of the physical channels. A TSMF analysis section 5 acquires and analyzes TSMF information to identify a relative TS number of a TS packet including the network information. A network information control section 6 extracts the TS packet with the relative TS number identified by the TSMF analysis section 5 from the broadcast signal demodulated by the channel selection demodulation section 2, acquires the network information from the extracted TS packet and stores the network information to a network information storage section 7.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
