It is stated method in order to verify the genuine characteristic of the product, concerning the system and the device. The verification center which can communicate with the database is maintained. Verification number or the verification device card, is supplied to the consumer pertaining to the product where genuine characteristic is verified. The consumer takes verification center and communication, conveys the identifier of one way. The record which is housed in the database being verified, whether or not the identifier of one way the real thing, and the identifier of one way is conveyed in the past and is judged high how. The identifier of one way is not the real thing, or when or it is conveyed in the past, the consumer is notified that it is the possibility the product being forgery. The identifier of one way is the real thing, in addition when it is not conveyed in the past, the consumer, is notified, that the product is the real thing, the record which shows the fact that it can convey the identifier of one way, is formed inside the database.
