PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cut-off structure which cuts off water of a boundary part between a sheet-like water cut-off material and a member such as a plate penetrating through the sheet-like water cut-off material with an excellent quality by a wet water cut-off material.;SOLUTION: The member 5 is penetrated through the sheet-like water cut-off material 3, and an annular bank material 6 having a predetermined height dimension for forming an annular groove 9 between the material and the member 5, is stuck to a surface part of the sheet-like cut-off material 3 on the periphery of the member 5. The wet water cut-off material 7 is injected into the annular groove 9, and the boundary part between the sheet-like water cut-off material 3 and the member 5 is cut off from the water.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
