PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration absorbing-cum-reinforcing plate having superior vibration (impact) absorbing property and/or durability, and a snowboard embedded with the vibration absorbing-cum-reinforcing plate.;SOLUTION: This vibration absorbing-cum-reinforcing plate 3 to be attached to a snowboard body 1 has a composite structure of a steel material such as aluminum, stainless steel and a composite material, and an elastic body such as rubber and sponge, and is bored with a hole at its center for fitting a binding attachment plate therein.
