PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein dilution air does not allow shortening of a residence time in a front end part of a combustion chamber having the risk of occurrence of NOx emission, and reduction of a combustion temperature therein, in combustors of at least some known engines including a dilution hole arranged only in a downstream end part of the combustor. PSOLUTION: A combustor liner includes an annular shell including a plurality of circumferentially extended panels provided with the first panel arranged in its upstream end part, and the second panel arranged in a downstream of the first panel and adjacently to the first panel, a plurality of primary dilution holes 98 formed in an inside of the first panel 82, and a plurality of secondary dilution holes 100 formed in an inside of the second panel 86, and the each dilution hole is constituted to deliver the dilution air into the shell.
