PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve calibration precision by performing the transmission of torque to a torque arm from a balance arm by a connection rod and a spherical bearing.;SOLUTION: A calibration device of an electric dynamometer or a vertical torque meter includes: providing the torque arm 23 by being protruded in a horizontal direction from a swing part 22a of the vertical electric dynamometer 22; rotatably supporting the balance arm 31 on a support 30 erected on a fixed part; contactably and separably connecting a connection rod 37 between the balance arm 31 and the torque arm 23 through spherical bearings 35 and 36 during weighing; and connecting a weighing weight 34 on any one of calibration arms 32 connected to the balance arm 31.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
