PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortar continuous kneading apparatus which can continuously produce a shrinkage-compensating mortar having compressive strength stably above a predetermined value and high fluidity suitable for application, which can vary the production speed in a wide range and which enables a stable continuous operation, and to provide a continuous kneading system using it.;SOLUTION: The apparatus is equipped with a powder feeding apparatus 12 which has a powder feeding screw shaft 14 that is rotatively driven around the axial center to supply the raw material powder 1 to the axial direction and a variable speed driving motor 16 that rotatively, speed-variably drives the powder feeding screw shaft and which can adjust the feed amount of the raw material powder by its rotation speed, and equipped with a mortar kneading apparatus 20 which has a mortar kneading shaft 24 that is rotatively driven with the axial center in the center and continuously produces the mortar 3 by kneading while mixing the raw material powder 1 and water 2 and a variable speed driving motor 26 that rotatively, speed-variably drives the mortar kneading shaft and which can adjust the mortar conditions by its rotation speed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
