PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously diagnose the insulation state of an induction heating coil in a heating coil using state without disassembling/cutting the induction heating coil. PSOLUTION: An insulation reduction diagnosis device of the induction heating coil 34 molded integrally with an insulating member (insulating box 32 and insulating filler 38) comprises a coil for current measurement (detecting coil 54) disposed in a contact place of a shield layer 48 grounded to the outer shell part of an electric conductor (cable 50) for supplying high-frequency electric power to the induction heating coil 34, and an insulation reduction determining means (amplifier 56) for determining the insulation reduction sate of the induction heating coil 34 by monitoring the current flowing to this shield ground.
