PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for fluid analysis and a tool for blood analysis that rapidly and certainly develop the blood from a blood discharge port, absorb it to a blood absorbent member, and dispense with surface processing to the blood absorbent member, and to provide uniform and smooth development of the blood with an inexpensive constitution. PSOLUTION: The tool for fluid analysis 100 comprises a capillary having a liquid suction port at one end side and a liquid discharge port 23 for discharging the liquid introduced from the liquid suction port on the other end side, and a liquid deployment surface 27 extending from the liquid discharge port 23 of the capillary substantially perpendicularly to the axial direction of the capillary. Further, the tool for fluid analysis 100 comprises an internal projection inserted into the capillary so that it projects in liquid discharge port 23 from the liquid deployment surface 27 to the liquid suction port side, an external projection 31 that is arranged in contact with the edge of the liquid discharge port and projects from liquid deployment surface 27, and a beam section 33 for supporting at least the internal projection in the substantially center of the capillary.
