PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fractional share trading system for implementing a fractional share trading as ordered by an orderer of the fractional share trading, establishing an agreement as early as possible after an order, and enabling the orderer to immediately confirm the result of establishment of the agreement.;SOLUTION: A fractional share trading system comprises an order data accepting means 8; an order data storage means 22; a generation means 11 for process data corresponding to order data; a share stock information storage means 25; a tallying means 12 for the necessary number of shares for each share name; a share buying process means 13 for every unit of trading of any share name for which the number of shares in stock is insufficient; a price information acquisition means 15 for each share name; an agreement process means 16 for the process data about the share name for which price information has been acquired; an update means 17 for the order data corresponding to the process data subjected to an agreement process; and result transmission means 19, 27, 8 for making it possible to transmit the order data stored in the order data storage means 22 to ordering devices 3a-c.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
