TAPING WORK AUTOMATION DEVICE, METHOD FOR STICKING TAPE AND METHOD FOR PEELING TAPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily stick and peel off a tape even in a commercially available adhesive tape.;SOLUTION: The adhesive tape (8) is reeled out from a first roller (4), i.e., a feeding side of the adhesive tape, is passed through a first surface of a guide member (7) for guiding the adhesive tape and is stretched to a terminal end of a moving member (6) approaching to an upper blade (3). The adhesive tape is sucked and fixed to a suction hole 9 by suction from the suction hole (9) of the moving member. The upper blade is downwardly descended and cuts the adhesive tape. Next, the moving member 6 is moved while rotated from a position A to a position B, adhesion portions of the adhesive tape are mutually interposed, a grip margin (10) is formed, and thereafter, the adhesive tape is stuck to an object. Air is blown out from an air blow device to the grip margin, the grip margin is lifted up, is grasped by a grasping means, and then is reeled up by a reeling means to enable the adhesive tape to be easily peeled off.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
