PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expendable purchase order receiving system, an expendable ordering apparatus, an expendable order receiving apparatus, and an expendable purchase order receiving method by which expendables for an image forming apparatus or the like are dispersively ordered in a plurality of days so that variation in the number of expendables to be ordered is reduced and the ordered expendables can easily be manufactured and supplied on the order receiving side.;SOLUTION: The expendable ordering apparatus is provided with: a storage means for storing received purchase requests and recovery requests; an ordered number calculation means for calculating the number of ordered expendables to be ordered based on each purchase request; and a transmission means for transmitting order information including the calculated number of ordered expendables and the number of recovered expendables indicated by the recovery request. The expendable order receiving apparatus is provided with: an order reception result storage means for storing the order reception results of expendables in each customer on the basis of the order information transmitted from the expendable ordering apparatus; a recovery result storage means for storing the recovery results of expendables; and a sales price determination means for determining the sales price of each expendable on the basis of the order reception result and the recovery result for every customer.
