PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means to prevent concrete structures from quality deterioration and cracking.;SOLUTION: High-strength concrete reinforcements are characterized in that a high-strength fiber aggregate is fixed at a rigid plate, and that materials with strong affinity with the base material to be reinforced are evenly fixed at the fiber aggregate.
