PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool bar configuration information providing server whereby the convenience and the mobility of a tool bar can be enhanced, an information provider guides a user to information which is desired to be provided by the provider, and the user can grasp tendency of information whose display is requested.;SOLUTION: In order to solve the tasks above, the tool bar configuration information providing server or the like is configured such that the tool bar configuration information providing server receives a user identification ID from a user terminal, extracts tool bar arrangement information and tool bar configuration information from a tool bar arrangement information database and a tool bar configuration information database, transmits the tool bar arrangement information and the tool bar configuration information to the user terminal, receives telephone destination information selected by the user from a tool bar displayed on the user terminal, extracts both telephone destination information items from a telephone information database on the basis of the received information and the information of the user terminal, and transmits both the telephone information items to a prescribed IP phone exchange server.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
