PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal apparatus capable of surely receiving a MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) mail desired to be received and surely refusing unsolicited MMS mail reception.;SOLUTION: The portable terminal apparatus 101 for transmitting and receiving MMS mail is provided with: a transmission source user keyword storage part 101A for storing the keyword of a transmission origin user who specifies an individual; a transmission origin user keyword setting part 101B for setting the keyword of the transmission origin user who specifies an individual in the text of MMS mail to be transmitted; and for temporarily storing the MMS mail in a server on a network; and a transmission origin user keyword identification part 101C for comparing the keyword of the transmission origin user extracted from the received preceding part with the stored keyword of the transmission origin user, and for receiving the residual body part of the MMS mail from the server on the network when they are matched, and for refusing the reception of the residual body part of the MMS mail when they are not matched.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
