PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give earthquake occurrence information with high accuracy even in providing one earthquake detector in a multiple dwelling house intercom system by linking a plurality of multiple dwelling house intercom systems with each other.;SOLUTION: A plurality of multiple dwelling house intercom systems 1a-1c are respectively provided with an earthquake detector 7 for detecting an earthquake p-wave, a control device 5 for giving information to a room master device 3 on determining the occurrence of an earthquake, and a communication adapter 8 for mutually communicating p-wave detecting information of the earthquake detector 7 through a public communication network 11, whereby earthquake information is mutually communicated between the multiple dwelling intercom systems, and when the earthquake detectors 7 of at least two systems of the plurality of dwelling house intercom systems 1a-1c detect an earthquake p-wave in a predetermined time duration, the control device 5 is caused to determine the occurrence of an earthquake.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
