PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house intercom security setting system, allowing a user to confirm the security setting of a parent device in a room of his or her house from the destination of a visit without using a dedicated line such as a LAN, and enabling security setting.;SOLUTION: A dwelling house intercom system is capable of acquiring securing information by connecting a security sensor 15 for acquiring opening and closing information of opening parts such as an entrance and a window to the room master device 2. A security control computer 4 provided on a control center outside the multiple dwelling house is connected to the above system through a public telephone network 5, thereby performing optional security setting of the room master device 2. The security control computer 4 includes an outgoing MODEM 29 for connecting to control unit 3 through the public telephone network 5, and the control unit 3 is provided with an incoming MODEM 22, whereby the public telephone line is used to acquire the information as to whether security setting of the room master device 2 is done or not from the control unit 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
