PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a capacity of a recording medium to be efficiently usable even when the recording and deleting operation of the file objective for the management are repeated by applying e.g. an optical disk drive, in a file management device, a file management method, a program of the file management method, and the recording medium whereon the program of file management method is recorded.
