PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a multivariable process control, which even when constructing a control system individually in correspondence with a plurality of processes, will not use a host system for integrating these control systems and takes into account the influencing relations among a plurality of processes.;SOLUTION: Each of the plurality of control systems 100, 200 comprises monitoring means 102, 202 which monitor the operational state of a corresponding process; computing means 101, 201 which, on the basis of information on the operational states of the plurality of processes monitored with monitoring means 103, 203 of the plurality of control systems, execute multivariable process control computing targeted for the plurality of processes, in order to compute the control conditions of the plurality of processes; and control means 102, 202 which acquire information on the control condition of a corresponding process among from the pieces of information on the control conditions of the plurality of processes computed with the computing means, and control the operation of the corresponding process based on the control condition.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
