PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated mica tape with improved voltage-withstanding characteristics used for an electrical insulating layer of a conductive part.;SOLUTION: By making the integrated mica tape with a plurality of layers integrated mica stuck together, improvement of the voltage-withstanding characteristics can be achieved more than a conventional one. By this, reduction in the number of tapings for the conductive part and improvement in heat resistance of an electrical insulating layer part have been derived. As the integrated mica, a rigid uncalcined integrated mica, a rigid calcined initegrated mica, a soft integrated mica, and a synthetic integrated mica are used. Moreover, as a reinforcing agent, glass cloth, polyethylene film, polyester film, polyester nonwoven fabric, and polyimide film or the like are used.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
