PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow management system allowing free and easy addition of an item except a preset regular format to allow rapid processing, and a client device and a workflow processor for materializing it.;SOLUTION: In this workflow system, a client part has: a means inputting information for electronic document preparation by use of an irregular input format allowing input of optional information of the regular input format and/or not included in the regular input format; and a means displaying an electronic document and information related to the electronic document. A workflow processing part 33 has: a means preparing the electronic document based on the information for the electronic document preparation in reference to reference information related to circulation processing of the electronic document; a means transmitting the electronic document transmitted from the client part or the prepared electronic document to the client part of a circulation destination in reference to the reference information; a means performing prescribed processing for storing the electronic document to the electronic document; and a means storing the electronic document.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
