PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unitary host application of integrated local service for a multifunction printer and a related method, solving a problem wherein an application has to be rewritten for hardware specific to the MFP to be installed with the application.;SOLUTION: This method for calling a set of service corresponding to a plug-in application installed to an image processor has stages for: starting the host application of the image processor; accessing a constituent file of the image processor having the set of the corresponding service and identification information of at least one plug-in; starting at least the one identified plug-in providing the set of the corresponding service to the host application in an integration format; and presenting a unitary graphical interface having the set of the corresponding service of the plug-in and host application service.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
