PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure alleviating vibrations of an earthquake using a yield of a batter brace.;SOLUTION: In a column-beam joint structure having a steel column member and a batter brace member 30, the beam 20 is connected to the column by means of dry connection by connecting both ends of a flange to the column by the intermediary of a first joint member. The batter brace 30 positioned between the column and the beam is joined to the column and the beam by means of dry connection by the intermediary of a second joint member positioned on both ends.
