PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method to attempt substantial cost reduction of duct installation on a construction site of a building by hanging an air conditioner and a ventilation duct on every floor while making pipes.;SOLUTION: On a plurality of specified low-layer floors adjacently located above or below under construction or after construction, one or more pipe making lines 10 constituted by connecting a de-coiler 7 wound with a steel plate for duct forming, a duct pipe making machine 8, and a run-off table 9 are arranged in each floor, the steel plate drawn out from the de-coiler 7 is made into a spiral duct 50a having a fixed diameter and length by the duct pipe making machine 8. The hanging position is marked in each formed spiral duct, and the duct outer surface is subjected to heat insulation treatment to make a unit duct 50, and the unit duct is hung on a ceiling based on a construction diagram. After the duct has been hung on the floor layer, the de-coiler, the duct pipe making machine and the run-off table are disconnected, and are moved to the upper or lower subject floor with skipping one floor by using a construction elevator 4. The pipe working line 10 is restructured and arranged on the subject floor and the hanging process to the subject floor is done by using each unit duct 50 made same as described above in order.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
