PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer for in-oil gas, capable of detecting each concentration of various gases, having high reproducibility, by using a versatile semiconductor sensor.;SOLUTION: This analyzer for in-oil gas has a gas extractor for extracting built-in oil from an apparatus; a gas detecting part, having a plurality of semiconductor sensors for detecting each concentration of a plurality of component gases contained in the extracted oil into the gas extractor; a sample gas supply system for collecting the plurality of component gases from the oil extracted into the gas extractor and, supplying the gases to the gas detecting part as measuring object sample gases; a reference gas supply system for supplying a reference gas used as reference for the detection value of the semiconductor sensor to the gas detecting part; a switching supply means for supplying to the gas detection part, by switching the sample gas supply system to/from the reference gas supply system; and a calculation device for calculating each concentration of the plurality of component gases dissolved in the oil based on each detection value acquired, by respectively measuring the sample gas and the reference gas by the plurality of semiconductor sensors in the gas detecting part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
