PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite tube material used for continuous water expansion bodies for an artificial dam which are useful for a flood-control countermeasure, and a water tight long tube composite which can be connected with each other including the same material.;SOLUTION: A composite tube material is composed of a tube sealing tarpaulin film layer with resin coating layers formed on both sides of fiber cloth having tensile fracture strength not less than 500 N/3cm, a large mesh woven cloth base fabric, and a water permeable mesh sheet layer having tensile fracture strength not less than 500 N/3cm including a thermoplastic layer which coats the exposed surface of fiber yarn. The water tight long tube composite is constituted of a long tube member composed of the composite tube member having a sealing means and a connection means equipped on both ends of the tube member. The water expansion body is obtained by filling it with water.
