Using the non newtonian fluid for the device which utilizes electrokinetic phenomenon, the particular device it forms the electric seepage flow which flows. With the non-linear viscosity of the non newtonian fluid, to operate under the operation condition pressure and the electric potential etc which are impressed from outside differing it is possible the boundary electrodynamic device. The boundary electrodynamic device which uses the non newtonian fluid is not limited in these, but it can use for the many use which includes the boundary electrodynamic pump, the flow controller, the diaphragm valve, and the displacement system.
