PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality evaluation method of a concrete structure capable of executing quantitative evaluation with high accuracy for a physical characteristic and a deterioration state of a concrete structure.;SOLUTION: Ultrasonic waves generated by changing and applying an application voltage to two or more concrete structures or concrete specimens having a known physical characteristic being the quality of the concrete and having transmission distances different from each other are propagated; a speed index representing an ultrasonic propagation speed, a received-wave energy characteristic index representing an energy characteristic of received waves, and a frequency characteristic index representing a frequency characteristic of the received waves are obtained from the waveform and frequency characteristic of the received waves; the ultrasonic propagation distance, the value of the application voltage and the measurement data are used for input data, and the physical characteristic of the concrete structure or the concrete specimen is used for a teacher value; a neural network is made to learn the input data and the teacher value; and ultrasonic measurement is executed to a concrete structure having an unknown physical characteristic to predict and evaluate the physical properties.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
