METHOD FOR IMPROVING LOCALIZATION OF TARGET IN SENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy by compensating an angle element, area element and temperature element when measuring positions of targets by a capacity sensor.;SOLUTION: This method for improving localization of the targets in a sensor comprises a step of collecting outputs of the capacity sensor containing a plurality of electrodes, and a step of obtaining a signal indicating the distance between the sensor and the target by combining the outputs. In the method, the angle element and area element are identified from a plurality of data to be corrected.
