PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoated metal sheet which can prevent scratches on an optical disk and can maintains great peel strength of a stickum against a resin film and which has adhesion features with which the stickum is easily adhered to a surface of the resin film.;SOLUTION: The precoated sheet 1 includes a metal sheet 2 and a resin film 3 formed thereon. The resin film 3 formed on the surface of the metal sheet 2 includes an epoxy resin matrix layer 4 and soft beads 5 dispersed therein. A fine compression test wherein a single bead is deformed by 10% shows the compressive strength of the soft beads is 10 MPa or lower. The rate of content of the soft beads 5 is 5 to 50% by mass of the epoxy resin matrix layer 4, and the average particle diameter of the soft beads 5 is 1.1 to 5 times of the average thickness of the epoxy resin matrix layer 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
