PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately select a button to be pressed in a remote controller to be attempted when learning a learning remote controller.;SOLUTION: A preset database 210 holds preset information of electronic equipment (correspondence relation of a button and an output signal). In accordance with a machine type and a manufacturing source, designated at a designation accepting unit 110, a preset extraction unit 120 extracts preset information from the preset database 210 and holds it in a preset table 220. Based on the preset information held in the preset table 220, an evaluation value generating unit 130 generates an evaluation value of each button and holds it in an evaluation value table 230. Based on the evaluation values of buttons held in the evaluation value table 230, a button presenting unit 150 presents an attempt button.
