PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush holder in which miniaturization and cost reduction of a brush holder body can be realized without changing the effective length of a brush.;SOLUTION: The brush holder has a configuration in which a round through hole 21a allowing a commutator 18 to penetrate is formed on the center of the brush holder body 21, a pair of brush accommodating portions 21b, 21b are formed on positions opposite to each other with the through hole 21a sandiwched, brushes 22 are accommodated in the brush accommodating portions 21b so as to appear and disappear, another end portion 23c of a torsion spring 23 having one end portion 23b engaged on the brush holder body 21 is pressed and forced on a back surface 22a of the brush 22, and a front surface 22b of the brush 22 can contact the commutator 18. In the brush holder 20, the other end portion 23c of the torsion spring 23 is formed in a straight line, and the back surface 22a of the brush 22 is formed in arc-concave surface protruding outside.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
