PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an emergency nursing care system that is highly convenient and reliable and can provide quick and appropriate first aid when an elderly person living alone or the like encounters an emergency situation, such as sudden cardiopathy, cerebrovascular disease and death by drowning in a bathroom. PSOLUTION: Caller's emergency information, address and name are simultaneously transmitted to an emergency center, specific neighbors or the like by prerecorded voice by a signal of a sensor for detecting the caller's emergency state or the caller starting a specific switch of a cellular phone, an inside lock of the caller's house is automatically unlocked to allow entry from the outside, and personal information such as clinical history and a clinical chart prerecorded in the cellular phone is displayed on the panel of the cellular phone.
