WASTE TREATMENT APPARATUS FOR RECOVERING VALUABLE SUBSTANCE WITHOUT DISCHARGING WASTE WATER TO OUTSIDE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for cleaning waste water, in which the quality of high-temperature oil-containing highly organic waste water to be generated in a process for producing crude vegetable oil from oil-containing fruits and seeds, is increased, and valuable substances to be regarded as waste are recovered simultaneously. PSOLUTION: The waste water to be generated at a palm oil factory is subjected to solid-liquid separation by using a box-type two-stage heat exchanger-used dryer using the high temperature energy of the waste water itself as a heat source. Evaporated steam is condensed into water to obtain an aqueous phase, suspended matter is removed from the aqueous phase, the suspended matter-removed water is recovered and the recovered water is reused as service water for a farm. Separated oil scum and oil sludge are further dried, solidified and recovered and the recovered material is reused as manure/fuel. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
