PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process sliced piece samples of biological tissues retained by a tapes with different chemicals, in response to observations of various biological tissues, without cutting a series of tapes which retain the sliced piece samples of the biological tissues. PSOLUTION: A processor for the piece sample is provided with a cylindrical member 20 for constituting a sidewall, a bottom member 30 for abutting against the bottom face of the cylindrical member 20 and constituting a bottom, and a locking/fixing section 35 for mutually locking the cylindrical member 20 and the bottom member 30. A carrier tape T is retained by the cylindrical member 20 on one face T1 and is retained by the bottom member 30 on the other face T2 so as to dispose a piece of sliced sample P1 within the cylindrical member 20.
