PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporating liquid-housing bag capable of using up an evaporating liquid by evaporating the liquid to the last and enabling stable evaporation over a long period and to provide a heat evaporating method and apparatus using the bag. PSOLUTION: The evaporating liquid housing bag 11 is composed of a flexible gas-permeable film 12 and an insecticidal technical product 14 (an evaporating liquid) is housed in the interior and the bag is hermetically sealed. When the insecticidal technical product 14 is evaporated from the gas-permeable film 12 by heating the evaporating liquid housing bag 11, the insecticidal technical product 14 is heated and evaporated in a state brought into contact with the gas-permeable film 12. The heat evaporating apparatus used is equipped with a bag-supporting means for holding the evaporating liquid-housing bag 11 and a heater for heating the evaporating liquid housing bag held by the bag-supporting means.
