PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate an oil-and-water-separating and oil-and-fat-recovering apparatus over a long period of time without stopping it, concerning a treatment system and an apparatus which perform solid-liquid separation from the residue of food such as Chinese food mainly containing a waste liquid containing oil and fat and Chinese noodle soup, and recover oil and fat, lumps with oil and fat removed, and particulate residual solid food.;SOLUTION: The food residue mainly containing the waste liquid containing oil and fat is subjected to solid-liquid separation, and residual solid food lumps, and oil and fat are recovered. Particulate residual food left in waste liquid difficult to be separated into solid and liquid is filtered, separated, and recovered together with a part of the waste liquid after solid-liquid separation. Treatment in which the filtrate is used to wash, peel, and remove oil and fat which are adhered to/left in the residual solid food lumps and the particulate residual food is implemented over a long period of time without stopping the operation of the oil-and-water-separating and oil-and-fat-recovering apparatus.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
