PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management device, data management system, and data management method, wherein more precise data management is performed by registering a feature amount extracted from data and output condition information while associated with each other.;SOLUTION: A feature amount extracted from image data is transmitted to an originality guarantee server 200 together with output condition information inputted by a user in an MFP 150. The originality guarantee server 200 stores the received feature amount and output condition information as originality information in an HD 213. Afterwards, when the feature amount extracted from new image data and output conditions of the image data are received from the MFP 150, a feature amount comparison part 205 compares respective feature amounts, a CPU 201 determines whether or not the output conditions match the stored output condition information, and on the basis of the results, a guarantee information issuing part 206 issues guarantee information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
