PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic coating composition, to provide a method for producing an antistatic coating film with the same, and to provide the coating film. PSOLUTION: The antistatic coating composition comprises an aqueous conductive polymer dispersion, a water-soluble binder resin, an alcohol solvent, a functional organic solvent, water, and a polymer coagulation inhibitor. The method for producing a coating film comprises a process for coating a substrate with the conductive coating composition, and a process for drying the coated composition. A polymer coagulation phenomenon caused by contact with the metal portion of a coating device in an antistatic coating process using the conductive polymer can thereby be improved.
