GREENING STRUCTURE OF WALL SURFACE CREATED BY USING ASHLAR BLOCK

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening structure of a wall surface created by using a masonry block, which can be simply and easily constructed on the wall surface created by using the ashlar block, which enables greening to be effectively applied by vegetation, and which facilitates maintenance. PSOLUTION: In this greening structure 10, a plurality of rectangular greening units 16, which are equipped with a vegetation base material 15 subject to the planting of the vegetation, are installed in such a manner as to be arranged along the wall surface 14 created by using the ashlar block 13, so that the greening of the created wall surface 14 can be performed. The greening unit 16 is formed by fitting a block body 18, composed of a dry non-carbonized peat block, as the vegetation base material 15 into a rectangular grating crib 17. The rectangular grating cribs 17 of the greening units 16 are each fixed to the created wall surface 14. The block body 18, which is composed of the dry non-carbonized peat block, is formed in a hexahedral shape.
