PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy method of a nuclear field, which is required for extracting/recovering various elements included in spent fuel or high level radioactive waste liquid and back-extracting in water phase for easy treatment later, generally effective for back extraction of actinoid ion extracted with solvent in water phase by treating in diluted nitric acid system, and favorable for suppressing hydrolysis and maintaining oxidation atmosphere by back extraction in relatively high acid conditions. PSOLUTION: By using N, N, N', N'-tetraethyl glycol amid as a kind of glycol amid compound, actinoid ion of 3 or 4 valency is batch extracted in nitric acid solution with high concentration.
