PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail processor having a function to extract a mail document to be included in which data is included in the other e-mail document as an unnecessary E-mail.;SOLUTION: The contents of all the E-mails transmitted and received are stored in an E-mail DB1, and the contents of a source mail and a target mail are stored in a source mail document all data storing part 8 and a target mail document all data storing part 9. The source mail has the highest possibility that the contents are included in the contents of the other E-mail in the E-mails which can be decided to be the same name among the E-mails of the E-mail DB1. The target mail is a mail other than the source mail. An inclusion decision processing part 10 which compares the contents of the storing part 8 and the storing part 9 and confirms whether the contents of source mail are completely included in the contents of arbitrary target mail outputs the extraction result of the mail document to be included to an outputting part 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
