Before the compensating in order differential phase deviation irregularity (DPSK) to transmit the signal which is done, several thousand picoseconds/by allowing the accumulation of dispersion to nano- meter, the dispersion in the optical network which is formed can be managed. The negative mean dispersion and dispersed map which offers the smallest dispersed wave length outside signal zone can be used.
