PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the holding property of a molding terminal part by simple structure in a mounting structure of waist molding fixed to an upper edge of a door panel of a vehicle. PSOLUTION: A clip engaged to a fitting hole formed in the door panel and a pair of falling-down preventing ribs located to hold the clip in the longitudinal direction of a molding main body and abutting on the door panel in an engaged state of the clip and the fitting hole are provided in an opposed surface of the door panel of a molding main body terminal.
