PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to automatically decide the propriety of the continuation of the management authority of an organization team manager for an organization team constituent to take account of a takeover period for personnel reshuffle.;SOLUTION: In an access authority management system for performing access authority management by using a management unit team and a group for every access authority, an organization team control part 145 decides the propriety of the continuation of the management authority of the manager of a management unit team for the constituent after the lapse of a predetermined takeover period in which the constituent has access authority to a task before his or her removal for task takeover since a point of time when the constituent has been removed from the management unit team (M512). As a result, when it is decided that the continuation of the management authority is wrong, the management authority of the management unit team manager for the constituent is erased, and when it is decided that the continuation of the management authority is good, the predetermined takeover period is extended.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
