PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slime remover suitable for use in a drain inlet of a bathroom, which enables the efficient prevention and removal of the slime growing in the drain inlet and the inner wall of a drain pipe in the bathroom, which can be simply mounted on the catch basin part of the drain inlet, and which can realize the simple replenishment or replaceable use of a solid chemical agent.;SOLUTION: This catch basin-integrated slime remover for the drain inlet of the bathroom is composed of a catch basin body, the solid chemical agent which contains a substance for suppressing the growth of a microbe, a chemical-agent storage part for housing the solid chemical agent, and a chemical-solution dispersing element which is integrally fixed to the lower part of the chemical-agent storage part and can disperse a chemical solution serving as a solution wherein the solid chemical agent is dissolved. In the slime remover which is placed on the drain inlet, a locking protrusive piece is fixedly attached to the lower part of the catch basin body, and the chemical agent storage part is provided with a protrusive-piece fixing part which enables the chemical-agent storage part to be detachably fixed to the lower part of the catch basin body in cooperation with the locking protrusive piece.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
