PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a height fixing appliance of a concrete product and a height fixing method capable of easily adjusting a height of a traffic boundary block to fix. ;SOLUTION: The bottom of a traffic boundary block 1 is equipped with an insertion body 11 embedding an insertion hole 13 formed in one end and faced outward therein, a screw section 17 formed in one end and screwed from the insertion hole 13 of the insertion body 11 embedded in the traffic boundary block 1, a spot-contacted contact section 19 formed in a bearing bedrock 5 and placing the traffic boundary block 1 on the other end, a rotational control section 18 formed between the screw section 17 and contact section 19 and moving the screw section 17 forward and backward to the insertion hole 13 by rotationally controlling the insertion section and a bearing member 12 for bearing the traffic boundary block 1, the bearing member 12 is rotationally controlled in a state to screw the screw section 17 in the insertion hole 13, the contact section 19 is spot-contacted to the bearing bedrock 5, and a height of the traffic boundary block 1 is fixed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
