IDEAL BODY TYPE SUPPORT DEVICE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ideal body type support device which can easily set a target value not from physical activity but from user's biological information and helps the user achieve an ideal body type by setting the target value to a state close to a user's present state minutely and maintaining user's motivation when setting the target value. PSOLUTION: The ideal body type support device is provided with: an input means 1f for inputting user's biological information; a storing means 1i for storing a body type determination table comprising a BMI (Body Mass Index) value and the value of a body fat percentage; a determining means 2b for determining which area of the body type determination table the user's body type corresponds to from the inputted user's biological information; a target value setting means 2c for setting a BMI value and the value of a body fat percentage to be targeted on the basis of the user's present body type; a conversion means 2d for converting the BMI value of target values into a weight value: and a display means 1g for displaying the values of the weight and the body fat percentage as target values.
